management-branch of a joint venture between TechPhase
Group (consisting of TechPhase, LTD., an Israeli
company, and TechPhase SRO., a Czech subsidiary) in conjunction
with TargetGate, Inc. (BVI).
These three companies utilize a globalized business approach
to develop top-quality software and to invest in high-tech
and high growth business domains. The company has created
software for both consumer and business end use. Among
our goals is the development of web-based solutions for
the worldwide business community.
Through a globalized management structure, TechPhase
Group has begun a process of developing its network
of international offices and outsourced employees. The
company has been able to develop top-quality software
applications and to offer them at competitive prices.
As we continue our expansion, we plan to open marketing-based
